You can train your abs, arms and chest.

Professors of Physical Education Academy in Cracow (AWF Krakow) have already used our HD1 Handrail.

They will tell you how you should perform press-ups properly to improve your CHEST AND TRICEPS. While starting your workout, lean the weight of the body on your straight arms, move your chest forward and then bend your body forward. The more your body is straight, the more you train your tricpes. In turn, the more you lean forward, the stronger you work your chest. Then lower your body until you feel your chest is slightly stretched. Control the motion with your arms. Then go up in the same position and repeat the move.

REMEMBER
Avoid swings during training, focus on slow, moves. Do not stoop or push your shoulders out. Hold your chest forward and lower your shoulder blades. While performing your press-ups, only your chest muscles and the triceps of your arm should work. Exhale in the "up" phase.

Press-ups on parallel bars are one of the most popular and universal exercises. Incorrect position of the body and “fake technique” while performing this exercise. Therefore, to achieve better results, start with less, correct repetitions.
