We made it out of strong, durable 40x40 profile with a 2 mm thick wall and two 3 mm thick sheetings. Exercise using this Preacher kurl, and your biceps will be an object of desire and a subject of conversations! Your every pal will want to rival you!

The thing is, thanks to appropriately selected tilting angle, you won't dislocate your elbow joint while bending your forearms with a weight. Believe me that this is extremely important.
